Following a successful inaugural conference in 2025, GLOW returned in 2026 at Bally’s Quad Cities, bringing together women from across the region for another inspiring day of leadership, connection, and growth.

The 2026 conference continued GLOW’s mission of empowering women in business and leadership through engaging speakers, meaningful conversations, networking, and shared experiences. From professional and personal development to entrepreneurship and community impact, GLOW 2026 celebrated the ideas, experiences, and connections that help women thrive.

As we look ahead to GLOW Empowerment 2027, we’re excited to build on that momentum and create an even greater opportunity for women across our region to connect, learn, and lead. Watch scenes from the first two years of GLOW and stay tuned for major announcements.
