Dr. LaDrina Wilson
President & CEO, IMAN Consulting, Founder, GLOW Empowerment
Dr. LaDrina Wilson, Ph.D. is a nationally recognized leadership strategist and Founder & CEO of IMAN Consulting, where she helps organizations strengthen leadership, improve effectiveness, and build inclusive cultures.
She is also the founder of GLOW Empowerment, a nonprofit dedicated to elevating women—especially minority women—through community, entrepreneurship, and leadership development. She launched the signature GLOW Conference, bringing together national experts to equip women with the tools and confidence to lead and grow. She also co-hosts the Fearless Podcast in partnership with the Des Moines Business Record.
Dr. Wilson serves as Vice Chair of the Quad Cities Community Foundation and as a member of the Board of Trustees for Augustana College. A Woman of Influence and Iowa 500 Top Business Leader honoree, she holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Iowa State University.

Miriam De Dios Woodward

Miriam De Dios Woodward is President & CEO of De Dios Consulting;a business growth consulting and coaching firm she founded in 2024 to help organizations strategically engage the Latino market and to support business leaders in achieving their next phase of growth. She is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in building, scaling and elevating services and technology businesses.
Her professional experience includes 12+ years in CEO roles at ViClarity and Coopera Consulting, as well as roles at John Deere Financial and State Farm Insurance. Miriam is an independent board director of Homesteaders Life Company, a director of the Worldwide Foundation for Credit Unions and actively contributes to several local and global advisory boards and committees.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration and leadership certificate from the University of Iowa. Miriam is a native of Jalisco, Mexico and grew up in Fairfield, California and Perry, Iowa.
